Scope of application
The specified general terms and conditions are valid when the user makes an independent reservation of rooms in the hotel through the online booking system on the hotel website and through social networks and the booking.com platform, by phone and e-mail.
Booking
The reservation decision made by you is automatically transferred to the hotel reservation program on your behalf.
Contract and payment
The contract for the provision of the relevant service is concluded at the time of booking directly between you and the hotel. All claims and obligations for the services provided relate to the person making the reservation and the hotel.
The order can be paid using any of the methods offered by the system. We draw your attention to the fact that the hotel has the right to set restrictions on the choice of payment methods:
When paying for numbers (services) with a bank card or electronic money through a system using Internet acquiring, in the window of the payment system using your own bank card or electronic wallet, you will receive a link to go to the wayforpay system, in which an account for the amount of the prepayment is created, which is specified in your booking confirmation. If during the reservation process you pay the partial price of the reserved rooms (services), you pay the remaining amount of the order at the hotel upon check-in.
When using the "Guarantee of reservation by bank card" payment method, you enter your bank card information in the appropriate fields. This information is transmitted over secure communication channels through a secure server to guarantee your reservation. The hotel independently decides to withdraw or block funds equivalent to the order amount on your bank card. If the hotel fails to complete the card transaction required to guarantee the order, your reservation may be cancelled. Please ensure that your card has not expired and that there are sufficient funds in your account to pay for your order.
In the case of non-cash payment, 100% of the ordered services are paid in advance. The amount of advance payment is communicated during the booking process. Payment by non-cash settlement can be made by legal entities and individuals. Payment must be made 14 working days before registration of the settlement.
You are obliged to pay for the booked hotel rooms (services) in accordance with the cost and time specified in the payment invoice. If you do not pay within the time specified in the payment invoice, the reservation is automatically canceled.
The hotel has the right to set non-refundable rates. According to the terms of the specified non-refundable tariffs, in case of cancellation of the reservation or non-arrival of the client, the prepayment made by him (in whole or in part) is not subject to return to the hotel as a penalty. We recommend that you carefully read the terms and conditions of special offers before completing the booking process.
Rooms are reserved directly at the time of booking. Confirmation of the reservation will appear on the screen immediately after placing the order through the booking platform or in an SMS message (direct booking by phone, social networks, hotel website).
Order change
In order to add an additional room or an additional day of stay to the existing order or to change the dates and number of days of stay, we recommend that you make another reservation or contact the hotel administration (the phone number is indicated on the website and in the message confirming the reservation).
Having previously checked the conditions of cancellation of the reservation, you can cancel the existing reservation and issue a new one according to the parameters you need.
Order cancellation
If for some reason you need to cancel your reservation, please contact the hotel administration. Reservations made through the booking system are canceled in the personal account of this platform.
When canceling a reservation for which prepayment was made, in compliance with the cancellation period without penalties, in the case of using electronic payment, namely a bank card or electronic money, the funds will be returned to the bank card or electronic wallet with which the payment was made reservation, within 7 working days from the moment we receive the notification about the cancellation of the reservation. The time between the return operation and the actual crediting of money to the client's account depends on internal banking procedures and internal procedures of payment systems.
In the case of using the guarantee of a reservation made through the booking system, the refund of funds withdrawn from your bank card by bank card is carried out by the hotel. We recommend that you contact the hotel administration before canceling to resolve the issue of refunding the prepayment.
In case of late cancellation of the order or non-arrival of the client, the agency has the right to impose fines on the client equal to the cost of accommodation or the amount of the prepayment received.
The rules for late cancellation, namely the terms and amount of the fine, are set by the hotel itself. During the booking process, you must carefully familiarize yourself with the booking rules and terms of stay ivation, the rules for applying special offers, as well as the conditions for late cancellation, specified on the hotel page, on the booking form.
In the case of premature departure of the client, the accommodation facility has the right to file claims against the client related to the losses incurred.
All prices in the reservation system are indicated in hryvnias, while on the reservation form there is an option to convert the indicated prices into other types of currencies.
Protection of information
The data entered by the client are transferred to the hotel in the amount necessary for booking rooms. In addition, the data entered by the customer may be used to transfer to a third party. Such a third party can contact the client by email, for example, in order to receive feedback on the quality of the service of the accommodation facility booked by the client. At the same time, upon receiving the first e-mail from such a third party, the client has the opportunity to refuse further mailings.
By agreeing to the terms of this user agreement, the client gives his consent to the collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), use, transfer to the address of the hotel of his personal data.
The indicated personal data are requested for the purpose of providing the requested services to the clients or responding to the client's requests. The data is displayed in the booking confirmation, reporting and accounting documentation. Data such as e-mail address is used to receive feedback on the quality of the service of accommodation facilities. This consent is given by the client to carry out any actions that do not contradict the legislation of Ukraine regarding personal data aimed at achieving the goals specified in the user agreement, including online booking of the hotel chosen by the client, drawing up reporting and accounting documentation, receiving feedback on the quality of service of the booked accommodation (more on the collection and protection of personal data).
In the case of providing the client with advertising and marketing materials, he is also given the opportunity to refuse to receive such materials in the future.
Different
All information contained in the booking form is compiled with the utmost care. However, errors or typographical errors are not excluded. All information related to the means of accommodation (photos, description of the means of accommodation, rooms, services provided, prices, etc.) is entered by representatives of the hotel, which is responsible for inconsistencies in the provided information.
Responsibility
By placing an order through the booking module on the hotel website, booking system or by phone or e-mail, you agree to the text of this agreement. If you do not agree with any of the provisions of this document, it is recommended that you do not complete or confirm the reservation. By clicking the "BOOK" button or confirming the reservation with your consent by phone or e-mail, you unequivocally agree to all the rules of the reservation, its cost and terms of payment and cancellation. Confirmation of the reservation is considered acceptance of all terms of this agreement.
