CHECK-IN AND CHECK-out RULES

Check-in time is after 14:00.
The time of departure from the room is until 11:00.
Visiting hours for outside guests are from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. To do this, you need to register your visit with the hotel administrator.
Upon check-in, guests receive a room key, a breakfast card (give to the waiter) and a card for obtaining and changing towels (give to the pool administrator)
Breakfast is included in the price of accommodation. Breakfasts are held on the first floor of the hotel in the restaurant from 8:00 to 11:00.
The water in the rooms comes from a natural mountain spring and is suitable for consumption.

Use of the swimming pool is included in the price of accommodation. The pool is open from 10:00 to 20:00 from May to October. Towels for use in the pool area are issued according to the guests' TOWEL CARD and are replaced once a day. The card must be handed in upon departure from the hotel. A lost card equals the value of a lost towel. Sunbeds do not require prior reservation.
Children under the age of 12 can be in the pool area only under the supervision of adults. The persons accompanying them are responsible for the life and health of minor children.

Use of the children's playground and trampoline is included in the price of accommodation. Children from 3 to 12 years old are allowed to use the trampoline. Children under 6 years old - under adult supervision.
The use of recreation areas and barbecues on the territory of the complex is included in the price of accommodation. Additional services (firewood, cooking from guests' own products, dishes, service) for an additional fee.
Check-in to the room takes place after full payment for the entire period of stay in the hotel. Accommodation of children under 5 years of age (together with adults) without additional space in the room is free.
The number is issued upon presentation of an identity document.
Immediately upon check-in, find out your parking space from the administration staff.
Inform the hotel administration if you find any technical defects, malfunctions in the electrical network, heating and water supply systems.
Living with animals is not allowed, except for prior agreement with the administration.
Before checking out, check the safe and leave it open.
Before check-out, check the room for lost items
When leaving the hotel, be sure to hand over the key to the administrator.
The hotel administration reserves the right to check the room upon departure of guests.

TERMS OF CANCELLATION OF booking

The reservation application can be canceled by the Guest after calling the hotel reception or sending a message to e-mail or Viber, Telegram messengers about the cancellation of the reservation;

The guest has the right to cancel his reservation request no later than 14 days before the date of arrival. In case of no-show, the pre-payment amount is deducted as a penalty for no-show, in case of 14 days' notice, the penalty is not applied, and the paid advance of 25% is used as a deposit for subsequent bookings during the year.

When leaving the hotel before the end of the booked and paid stay period, funds for unused days of stay are not returned. Funds can be returned on the condition that other guests check in to the vacated room or in case of force majeure, which will be confirmed.

STAY IN THE HOTEL AND ON ITS TERRITORY

There is video surveillance on the territory of the complex (with the exception of toilets and rooms).

Leave valuables and documents in the safes of your room. The administration is not responsible for things left unattended.
Do not leave children under the age of 16 unattended in the complex.

Maintain cleanliness in the rooms and on the territory of the complex. The room is cleaned once every three days or at the request of the guest (for this, you need to hang a sign on the door with the inscription "Please clean").

Be respectful of people living in neighboring rooms. In the period from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., reduce the volume of the TV, avoid loud conversations and noise.

When leaving the room, be sure to close the taps, turn off the light, air conditioner and other electrical appliances.
Take care of property and equipment of the complex. In case of damage, theft of property or equipment, it is necessary to reimburse their value in accordance with the price provided by the administration.

REASONS FOR REFUSAL OF ACCOMMODATION OR TERMINATION OF RESIDENCE

Guests terminate their stay at the end of the paid period of stay.

If the guest repeatedly violates the rules of staying in the hotel or on the territory of the complex, which leads to material damage or creates inconvenience for the comfortable stay of other residents, the hotel administration has the right to refuse him accommodation or to terminate his stay (to carry out eviction).

We also refuse to provide services to guests who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Follow fire safety rules. If the fire alarm goes off, keep calm and leave the premises, following the evacuation plan.

IT IS PROHIBITED

Transfer the number keys to third parties.
Keep pets, animals, birds, reptiles, etc. in the room.
Store things that are easily handled, explosives, toxic materials, drugs, mercury, weapons.
Use electrical appliances in the room (except for permitted ones).
Move furniture without coordination with the administration.
Smoking in the room, lobby, premises of the complex and places not designated for this.
Show aggression or actions that threaten the safety, health or property of other persons.
Bringing or consuming in the room watermelons, melons, fish, meat, smoked products and other products that can spoil the property of the complex.
Dry ski equipment and clothes on batteries in the room.
Dry mushrooms, berries and fruits in the room.
Use pyrotechnics and sparklers in the room or on the territory of the complex.
Children may visit the pool area without adult supervision.
Use the trampoline for children under 3 and after 12 years
Make a fire on the territory of the complex for cooking in places not intended for this purpose.
Bring your own food and alcoholic beverages to the restaurant and pool area.
